Our goal at undeground is to be rooted in love, hope, and community with our Creator & His creation.
What is underground?
underground is a gathering place where 'college|somethings' can find community. A place to escape from the information age... the daily grind of life, school, and work... where we can celebrate life with others on the journey while gaining real friendships. underground is a place for you to find your potential... the potential you were created for!
What will underground offer?
Beyond the Sunday morning worship experience at faith church (9:30a or 11:15a) underground offers 4 environments: themeal, 2nd Sundays, midweek, and good.times (click the “environments” link to the left for more details)
Who will be there?
underground is open to college students and beyond. What's this mean? If you're 26 and you live in the Lansing area, you're invited. If you're a freshman at MSU or LCC, you're invited. If you are a working parent under 30, you're invited, if you ’re single, married, or dating…again we want to see you there!
Why should I come?
If you've ever wondered “is life just about me” or “is there nothing else out there.” That’s a reason. If you're looking for true community, people who wont just talk like Christians but live missionally as if eternity was at stake every day they walk on the face of earth. Then that’s a reason. If you desire genuine relationships with people who do not judge based on race, gender, or musical preference; then Underground is a place for you to be. |
